At Therapy with Jacqueline, I help my clients develop a healthier relationship with their thoughts and emotions by using mindfulness techniques. By focusing on self-as-context, I help my clients step back from the stories they tell themselves and gain a more accurate perspective on their experiences. This approach helps my clients reduce stress, improve their relationships, and find more peace and happiness in their lives.

As a practitioner, I have extensive experience in counselling individuals in their unique journeys towards personal growth and development. I strongly advocate for values and committed action as a vehicle for improving the quality of life of those who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, and other emotional problems.
