Overcome Emetophobia and Reclaim Your Life

If fear of vomiting is holding you back, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to face it on your own. I specialize in working with teens and adults to overcome emetophobia using proven, practical approaches that help you regain control, confidence, and freedom in your daily life.

Working exclusively online, I provide a compassionate, confidential space where you can tackle anxiety at your own pace. Together, we focus on strategies that reduce fear, manage worry, and support lasting change, so you can live life without avoidance or constant anxiety.

I combine evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with a supportive, person-centered approach. The goal isn’t just to reduce anxiety — it’s to help you respond to fear effectively and live in line with what matters to you.

Take the first step today with a free 15-minute Discovery Call. Let’s explore how we can work together to help you feel calmer, more confident, and in control.

ABOUT

Welcome

Welcome — I’m really glad you’re here.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and you don’t have to face things alone. Over the years, I’ve helped many people find new ways to cope, understand themselves better, and feel more at ease in their lives. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and tailored to you — we’ll work together to create a plan that fits your unique situation and goals.

Whether you’re dealing with social anxiety, worry, low self-esteem, or a specific fear such as emetophobia (fear of vomiting), I’m here to help you move forward with greater confidence and peace of mind.

EXPERIENCE

As a senior therapist, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, both in the NHS and in private practice. I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), a well-established, evidence-based approach that helps people understand and change unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour. I also draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which helps people develop a more flexible and compassionate relationship with their thoughts and feelings — so they can live more fully and in line with what truly matters to them.

I have specialist training and experience in helping people overcome emetophobia (the fear of vomiting), a problem that can be incredibly distressing and is often misunderstood. Alongside this specialist work, I regularly support clients struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, and related challenges. My background includes roles in perinatal mental health, NHS long-term conditions services, focused anxiety treatment, and therapy for adults and teenagers.

Across all of this work, my focus remains the same: to offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore what’s keeping you stuck and build the confidence to create meaningful, lasting change.
